Food & Beverage Manager

• Lead motivate and develop the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations across restaurant bar room service and conference & events.
• Drive Food & Beverage revenue through innovative initiatives promotions and effective upselling strategies.
• Manage departmental labour costs productivity and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership team to achieve operational and business objectives.
• Ensure effective rostering and staffing levels in line with business requirements.
• Recruit train coach and develop team members while building a positive and high-performing culture.
• Maintain strong relationships with VIP regular and returning guests.
• Manage guest feedback service recovery and escalations professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety hygiene RSA WHS and Accor brand standards.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support conference event and banqueting operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain high standards of presentation service quality and operational consistency.
• Act as a key member of the hotels emergency response team when required.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or senior F&B leader within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing restaurant bar and event/banqueting operations.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation labour management and cost control.
• Excellent communication organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Ability to coach motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Valid NSW RSA.
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays.
• Full working rights in Australia.
