Qualifications :

What you will bring to the role: 

• High-level communication and interpersonal skills able to seamlessly manage inquiries requests and feedback with professionalism and discretion
• Experience as a food and beverage attendant preferably in a luxury hotel 
• Strong attention to detail and guest engagement skills
• Confidence and poise in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
• A passion for food wine and curating memorable dining moments
• Availability to work an average of 38 hours per week across a variety of shifts including nights and weekend
• A calm solutions-focused mindset with strong emotional intelligence
• RSA essential (RSG with Gaming experience highly regarded)
