Food & Beverage Attendants – Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge

As a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant at Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge you will deliver polished personalised service across our rooftop bar and lounge helping create memorable experiences for every guest.

You will:

• Deliver warm attentive and personalised table service in a luxury environment
• Look after guests throughout their experience anticipating their needs and ensuring exceptional service from arrival through to departure
• Provide elegant and attentive service during our High Tea experiences
• Assist with the setup service and pack-down of High Tea ensuring every detail is presented to our luxury standard
• Assist the bar team during busy service including preparing and delivering drinks maintaining the bar area and supporting smooth service without necessarily working behind the bar
• Have a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offering and confidently make recommendations to guests
• Maintain a high standard of presentation cleanliness and attention to detail throughout service
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth and seamless operations
• Use initiative to anticipate guest needs and create personalised moments that exceed expectations
• Remain calm professional and solutions-focused during busy periods

Qualifications :

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferably in a quality or luxury environment
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished and professional presentation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
• A confident friendly and proactive approach to guest service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Current Victorian RSA is essential
• Flexibility to work predominantly evening shifts generally starting from around 3pm or 4pm with finishes as late as 11pm or 12am
• Availability across evenings weekends and public holidays is essential
