Food & Beverage All Rounder

As our Food & Beverage All Rounder youll bring efficiency knowledge and a passion for food and beverage service to every interaction. Your role will be all about creating memorable experiences for our guests through exceptional service ensuring every visit is warm and welcoming while also keeping our space safe clean and comfortable.

Your duties will include (but not limited to): 

• Deliver passionate knowledgeable and friendly service to both external guests and internal team members creating a welcoming environment at all times.
• Provide efficient food & beverage service within your designated section anticipating guest needs to enhance their experience.
• Confidently upsell specials and menu items as directed contributing to an enhanced dining experience and revenue growth.
• Maintain and clean all service equipment and ensure stock is well-prepared for seamless food & beverage service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge including menu ingredients preparation methods and presentation to accurately answer guest inquiries and enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications :

Our ideal candidate will posses the following (but not limited to): 

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality industry. 
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols encompassing table service beverage expertise and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued).
• Flexibility across different schedules including weekends and public holidays as required.
• Possession of a valid RSA. 
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
