Food and Beverage Attendants Conference & Events

What youll be doing

• Set up service and pack down function spaces
• Deliver friendly efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events
• Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth timely service
• Keep function and service areas tidy organised and well stocked
• Bring great energy to a fast-paced team and create memorable guest experiences
• Follow Hotel policies WHS requirements and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations

Qualifications :

You dont need to have done it all before were looking for people with the right attitude energy and passion for hospitality.

Ideally you will have:

• Previous experience in hospitality service highly desirable
• Great communication and organisational skills with an eye for detail
• A genuine passion for guest service and a willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends 
• A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
