Food and Beverage Attendants (Banquets)

• Set up service and pack down function spaces to the hotels exacting standards ensuring rooms are guest-ready ahead of every event
• Deliver attentive efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests throughout conferences banquets and events
• Assist with the smooth coordination of event runsheets liaising with the kitchen and events team to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness presentation and stock levels across all function spaces and service areas
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
• Work collaboratively with the wider banquets and events team to support a high-volume fast-paced operation
• Adhere to hotel policies WHS regulations and responsible service of alcohol requirements at all times

Qualifications :

About You:

• Previous experience in hotel events banquets or hospitality service is highly desirable
• Good understanding of banquets functions and events service style
• Outstanding organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• A genuine passion for guest service and a desire to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work varied shifts across a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is essential
