The Position

• Support the frontofhouse team in delivering seamless lounge service
• Uphold high lounge presentation standards and ensure all areas remain clean organized and welcoming
• Perform basic food preparation tasks
• Monitor and replenish buffet and beverage stations proactively
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests

The Person

• Personal transport preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards
• Well-presented punctual reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and efficient during peak travel times
• Commitment to safety and compliance and understand the importance of secure airport operations
• Willing to go through a police check for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
