Job Summary
The Product Manager is responsible for defining prioritising and delivering programs digital products and business system capabilities that create measurable value for the organisation. Acting as the bridge between Operations Business Stakeholders IS&T and external vendors the Product Manager ensures solutions align with strategic objectives operational requirements and user needs.Â
The role owns the product vision roadmap backlog and delivery priorities ensuring development efforts are focused on initiatives that maximise business value and improve user experience. Through strong stakeholder engagement governance and Agile delivery practices the Product Manager drives decision-making manages competing priorities and supports successful adoption of products and solutions across the business.Â
Success in the role requires a balance of strategic thinking commercial acumen stakeholder influence and delivery leadership to ensure the right solutions are delivered adopted and continuously improved to meet evolving business needs.Â

Responsible for defining the product vision roadmap and priorities ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business value meet user needs and align with organisational strategy through effective stakeholder engagement and product governance.Â

Product Strategy Â
- Define product scopes timelines budgets and deliverables; monitor progress and report outcomes.Â
- Develop manage and refine a product roadmap aligned with Sodexos vision and national TDD strategy.Â
Product & Roadmap ManagementÂ
- Own and manage the product roadmap backlog and priorities.Â
- Assess business value and prioritise features epics and user stories accordingly.Â
- Write functional requirements and user stories aligned to operational needs.Â
- Facilitate product governance andSteerco committee discussions.Â
- Drive delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.Â

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in information technology Business Computer Science Engineering or related discipline.Â
- Certification or formal training in Agile Scrum Product Management or Project Management methodologies.Â
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)Â
- Agile Scrum CertificationÂ
- SAFe Product Owner/Product ManagerÂ
- PRINCE2 or PMP CertificationÂ
- ExperiencesÂ
- Minimum 5 years in Product and Program management with experience in transformation business initiatives.Â
- A minimum of 3 years Project or Program management experience with exposure to the services industryÂ
- Proven experience in Product Management or Product Ownershiproles.Â
- Exposure to enterprise systems FM CMMS platforms ERP such as D365 CE& FO is highly desirable.Â
- Experience managing product roadmaps backlogs and Agile delivery frameworks.Â
- Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.Â
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Â
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability across Operations IS&TÂ and Internal Stakeholders.Â
