Description

In this pivotal leadership role you will take ownership of performance across our Financial and Executive Risks (FINEX) team - driving growth leading a high-performing broking team and strengthening our position as a market leader.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impactshaping strategy building client relationships and delivering innovative risk solutions to some of the regions most complex organisations.

The Role

  • Define and execute strategy to drive sustainable growth profitability and market leadership
  • Own commercial performance delivering on revenue retention and margin targets
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation
  • Manage key client relationships and complex accounts ensuring exceptional service and long-term retention
  • Identify growth opportunities expanding market presence and deepening client partnerships
  • Deliver innovative FINEX solutions across a broad range of financial lines products
  • Strengthen insurer relationships influencing market outcomes and negotiations
  • Collaborate across specialties (including Cyber and Corporate Risk & Broking) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Act as a market leader and ambassador enhancing brand presence through industry engagement
  • Monitor market trends and emerging risks to inform strategy and innovation

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Financial Lines insurance (typically 15 years)
  • A proven track record in client delivery and business growth
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience leading and developing teams both directly and in matrix environments
  • Deep understanding of complex placements broking and insurance markets
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients insurers and stakeholders
  • A solutions-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results and lead change
  • Relevant licences and regulatory requirements will be required.
