Finance Reporting and Insights Lead

Fixed-Term (15 months)

About the Role

We are seeking expressions of interest for a Finance Reporting & Insights Lead to support improved decision-making through clear and actionable insights.

In this role you will partner with Finance and operational teams to analyse performance identify trends and enhance reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse monthly financial results and highlight key insights risks and opportunities
• Develop and improve reporting and dashboards (Excel and Power BI)
• Support budgeting forecasting and performance reviews
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational leaders
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality

About You

• Experience in finance analytics or a similar role
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI (or similar tools)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Proactive and improvement-focused

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Finance Business Analytics or similar
• NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
