The Opportunity

Were looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract and deliver accurate reporting budgeting forecasting and commercial insights.

While strong technical capability is important success in this role will come from your ability to build relationships ask questions challenge constructively and communicate with confidence.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety likes being close to the operation and join an evolving business.

Based at our Bundoora Head Office this role offers a hybrid working arrangement with four days in the office and one day from home.

What Youll Be Doing

• Deliver monthly reporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Partner with operational leaders to support business performance
• Analyse financial results and identify trends and opportunities
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance function
• Contribute to a collaborative solutions-focused team environment
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a Finance Business Partner Management Accountant or similar role
• Strong financial analysis budgeting and forecasting capability
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A practical proactive and solutions-focused approach
• CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion will be highly regarded
