As a Finance & Insurance Consultant you will play a key role in supporting both our new and used vehicle operations by:

• Presenting tailored finance insurance warranty and protection products.
• Building strong relationships with customers and creating a seamless purchase experience.
• Identifying opportunities to maximise finance and aftermarket penetration.
• Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Maintaining compliance with all lending and dealership requirements.
• Working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to achieve dealership objectives.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Consultant or Business Manager.
• Proven success across finance insurance warranty and aftermarket products.
• A strong record of achieving and exceeding dealership performance targets.
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capability.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills.
• High levels of professionalism integrity and accountability.
• A customer-first mindset combined with a strong commercial focus.
