Finance Analyst DD & C

Join the Development Design and Construction Finance team as a Finance Analyst partnering with Centre Experience and capital delivery teams to support informed capital investment decisions. You will deliver accurate reporting and insightful analysis that helps shape asset strategies and optimise capital outcomes. This role connects financial data to real-world project delivery ensuring the business has clear visibility and strong financial governance. Its a great opportunity to influence how capital is planned and delivered across the portfolio.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Maintain high-quality capital data ensuring accuracy through validation process controls and issue resolution
• Prepare and manage monthly capital activities including billing OCA workflows and cash flow tracking
• Analyse capital cash flow data to support forecasting budgeting and capital decision-making
• Partner with finance centre teams and capital delivery stakeholders to provide actionable insights
• Produce monthly capital reports and schedules supporting internal and external reporting requirements

What sets you apart

You are a commercially minded finance professional with experience in capital property or construction environments. You bring strong analytical capability advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into clear actionable insights. Collaborative and detail-focused you build trusted stakeholder relationships and take a proactive approach to improving processes.

You will be:

• Applying commercial and financial acumen to generate insights that inform decision-making
• Collaborating effectively building strong relationships across finance centre and delivery teams
• Demonstrating accountability and ownership proactively identifying opportunities and driving outcomes
• Communicating clearly translating complex financial data into meaningful insights for stakeholders
• Delivering results with strong attention to detail maintaining accuracy and integrity under pressure
