About the Role

An opportunity exists for an experienced Reporting & Data Analytics Lead to take ownership of enterprise reporting business intelligence and data governance across a growing organisation. Working closely with Finance HR Operations and IT you will ensure reporting is accurate timely and insightful while driving continuous improvement across reporting platforms data integration and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the organisations reporting portfolio dashboards and BI platforms.
• Design develop and optimise Power BI reports data models and automated reporting solutions.
• Manage data integration across ERP and operational systems ensuring data integrity and reconciliation.
• Lead data governance initiatives maintaining master data reporting standards and compliance.
• Support month-end reporting financial analysis and statutory reporting requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis automation and root cause investigations.
• Partner with Finance HR Operations and IT to deliver meaningful business insights and reporting solutions.
• Provide technical support manage reporting requests and contribute to system upgrades and projects.
• Develop documentation reporting standards and best-practice processes.
• Mentor users and promote adoption of reporting tools across the business.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems Data Analytics Business Intelligence or similar.
• Strong experience with Power BI SQL Server (SSRS SSIS SSAS) relational databases and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets.
• Demonstrated experience in data governance reporting automation and systems integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within construction engineering or a project-based environment is advantageous.
• CPA or CA qualification is desirable but not essential.
