Finance Administrator

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

• Manage payment queries complete outgoings reconciliations and resolve payment disputes. 

• Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. 

• Validation and review of lease documents. 

• Manage change of landlord and payee detailsincluding validation and system updates. 

• Administer accounts payableand receivable functions relating to rent outgoings and other property expenses. 

• General liaison with client and suppliers. 

Qualifications :

• Experience in a similar role within Finance/Lease Administration or recently completed a degree related to Property. 

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite. 

• The ability to work independently yet still work effectively as part of a team. 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements.
