About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Level 3 Belt Splicers for ongoing shutdown and maintenance projects across multiple mine sites throughout the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent FIFO work with a reputable team offering regular shutdown schedules and the potential for long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conveyor belt splicing and repairs.
- Hot and cold belt vulcanising.
- Inspection maintenance and replacement of conveyor belting systems.
- Shutdown and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Adhering to site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Working effectively within maintenance crews to meet shutdown deadlines.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Belt Splicing Qualification.
- Previous mining or heavy industrial maintenance experience.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence.
- National Police Clearance (must be current).
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Full Australian working rights.
