Werelooking foraFieldSupport Administratorto join our Apprenticeship Support Services team inPerth CBD. This is a busy and varied role whereyoullbe the backbone of our Field Officer team coordinating appointments supporting apprentices and employers and ensuring critical administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
About the Role
Reporting to the State Manageryoullprovide administration and operational support to our Apprenticeship Field Officers and broader a key role in ensuringapprenticesemployers and internal stakeholders receive exceptional service while helping the team achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and coordinate diaries for Apprenticeship Field Officers
- Conduct progress contact activities with apprentices and employers
- Assistwith training contract creation and administration
- Provide administrative support across operational projects and programs
- Manage meetings eventscateringand venue coordination
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Process credit card reconciliations and routine financial transactions
- Respond to enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintainaccuraterecordsdatabasesand documentation
- Coordinate office suppliesstationeryand workplace requirements
- Assistwith system access requests and general user support
- Support internal communications and newsletters through MailChimp.
About You
Youllbe a confident and professional administrator who enjoys building relationships and managing multiple priorities.
To be successfulyoullbring:
- Previousadministration schedulingcoordinationor customer service experience
- Exceptionalorganisationaland time management skills
- Strong communicationskills and the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Highly Regarded
- Experience scheduling appointments or coordinating field-based teams
- Experience working with apprenticeships trainingorganisations employmentservicesor community services
- Experience using MailChimp or similar communication platforms
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similarqualification.
