Field Services Team Lead-VICTAS

What success looks like in this role:

• Creates and maintains project plans ensuring resources are effectively allocated.

• Semi-independently leads small delivery management projects.

• Tracks expenses and project costs ensuring alignment with both Unisys and client agreements and expectations.

• Serves as a key point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and helping with expectation management.

• Implements defined solutions and strategies based on an analysis of client requirements business goals objectives and existing infrastructure.

• Troubleshoots and documents client issues (i.e. performance and application issues).

• Monitors team performance versus service level agreements ensuring timely resolution of issues or service disruptions.

• Manages team projects as assigned.

• Provides administrative support as required.

• Acts as key escalation point for team technical and process issues and oversees ongoing problem resolution.

• Allocates assignments establishes work priorities and monitors performance.

• Ensures compliance with company policies contracted client agreements and established service level agreements (SLAs).
