Job Summary
We are a rapidly growing residential building company specialising in insurance repairs for over 20 years. With a dynamic team of highly skilled professionals and a strong reputation for quality we are currently seeking experienced building estimators/supervisors to join us on a full-time basis.
We have opportunities available across South-East Queensland and North Queensland including Brisbane the Gold Coast Cairns and Townsville.
This is a hybrid role that offers the best of both worlds. Youll spend the majority of your time on the road inspecting properties meeting customers and assessing insurance claims. Once youve completed your initial training youll have the flexibility to work from home when completing reports estimates and other administrative tasks giving you greater autonomy while remaining connected to a supportive team.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Carpentry trade qualification (mandatory).
- QBCC Site Supervisors license (highly favourable).
- Construction Card (White Card)
- Insurance experience essential (estimating assessing orinsurance repairs)
- Strong understanding of NCC trade compliance and QBCCrequirements
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Professional presentation and strong customerservice skills
- A positive solutionsfocused attitude
- Current drivers licence and clean driving record
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn job specificsoftware (Prime Ecosystem)
- Willingness to obtain a Blue Card and complete apolice check
About the role:
- Conducting property inspections and compiling detailed causation reports.
- Estimating residential building repairs/renovations.
- Liaising with homeowners insurance companies loss adjusters and trades.
- Supervising projects/repairs (both on-site and off-site).
- Occasional travel to assist our other Queensland teams (working away from home allowance and overtime paid where applicable).
As we provide emergency make-safe services youll participate in an on-call roster approximately one week every 68 weeks. An additional on-call allowance and overtime are paid in recognition of this responsibility.
