What Youll Be Doing

Opening and closing the restaurant to a high standard

Supervising and supporting team members including juniors

Training and developing staff to achieve outstanding results

Monitoring store performance and meeting KPIs

Handling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionally

Food preparation including deep fryer and grill operation

Cash handling and register operation

Keeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standards

What Were Looking For

Previous experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitality

A natural leader who can motivate and support a team

Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Reliable organised and able to perform under pressure

Flexible availability including evenings weekends and school holidays

Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygiene

RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment (Restaurant dependant)
