Factory Machine Operators Up 35 38hr + Penalties!

Job Connect is recruiting experienced Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility based in Eagle Farm. We are seeking operators who are comfortable working in fast-paced production environments and have experience monitoring machinery maintaining product quality and contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

In these roles you will be responsible for:

• Operating production machinery and monitoring performance throughout the manufacturing process
• Loading materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow
• Completing basic quality inspections and process checks
• Using forklifts to transport raw materials and finished products
• Assisting with production changeovers and general factory duties
• Maintaining a clean safe and organised work area
• Working closely with production teams to achieve daily output targets

Successful applicants will possess:

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Current LF forklift licence with practical operating experience
• Experience completing quality checks or following production specifications
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable transport and consistent work history
• Full Australian working rights
