What youll be doing:

Coordinate accommodation training and event bookings while delivering exceptional customer service at the RFS State Training Academy.


The ideal candidate

  • Demonstrated experience using booking management systems with accurate data entry and strong record management practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring accuracy across multiple bookings and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills with the ability to respond professionally to enquiries and deliver a positive customer experience.
