As a Consultant you will play a pivotal role providing support to both local and international clients as they evaluate their IT frameworks. As part of the Deal Technology team youll provide management consulting throughout the deal lifecycle analyse IT systems and offer key insights. Our services cover IT M&A due diligence IT separation and integration advisory and post-deal value creation.

This is a hybrid position based in Naarm Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver top tier IT due diligence post-merger integration and separation projects.
• Analyse and address technology considerations applicable to client acquisitions divestments or mergers.
• Craft written materials and reports of exceptional quality.
• Cultivate meaningful client relationships and ensure their utmost satisfaction with the engagement process and deliverables.
