We are seeking a compassionate reliable and person-centred Support Worker to provide dedicated support to a participant living in Kerford Rochester and as well as around the Echuca area.

This role focuses on supporting one individual to live a meaningful independent and fulfilling life while promoting choice dignity inclusion and human rights. You will build a strong professional relationship with the participant supporting their daily living activities community participation health and wellbeing and personal goals.

The successful candidate will demonstrate empathy patience flexibility and a genuine commitment to empowering people with disability to achieve the life they want and choose.

• You have flexible availability for at least 5 Days on a 24/7 rotating roster.
• You are eager to learn and willing to provide compassionate personal care.

• You are willing to obtain a First Aid/CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• You have a valid drivers license and an insured car to support people on their adventures.
