As a Support Worker in our Community Services team in Shepparton youll be supporting people in their home and community to build skills enjoy everyday moments and live life on their terms.

What youll be doing

No two days are the same but you might be:

  • Supporting customers with daily living activities such as personal care and mobility
  • Encouraging independence and skill development
  • Helping people get out into the community and participate in activities they enjoy
  • Working alongside a supportive team to deliver person-centred support
  • Advocating for the rights choices and goals of the people we support
