About the role:
As a Retail Supervisor at Bunningsyoullbe the go-to and support for the stores senior leadership team.Youllkeep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. Byleading by exampleyoullwork with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled ready to lead inspire and make a real impact!
This is afull timerole and flexibility to work morningdayand evening shifts across the 7 days of the business isso that we canprovidethe best experience to our customers.
We provide an adult pay ratefor18 years of age andabove at$30.78perhour for this role.
Whats involved:
Lead by example bydemonstratingbest service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
Coach the team through guidance onappropriate servicebehaviours
Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
Managing and coordinating stock effectively.
