What this opportunity involves:
As a Facilities Manager at JLL youll be at the heart of service delivery managing facilities operations across a diverse portfolio of owned and leased properties. This role is about more than managing buildingsits about creating environments where people can do their best work. Youll serve as the central point of contact between our client service providers and internal teams coordinating day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless service delivery that meets and exceeds expectations. Youll navigate complex stakeholder relationships oversee maintenance and compliance activities manage capital works projects and ensure financial and safety objectives are consistently met. An overview of the role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all property services coordinating facilities activities with the centralised JLL FM team Entity stakeholders and operational requirements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage and monitor work requests through the JLL Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate and oversee the performance of downstream contractors managing escalations capital works projects and compliance tasks in accordance with Property Asset Management Plan (PAMP) requirements
- Manage site financial operations to meet or exceed targets while adhering to JLLs Code of Ethics and attend to after-hours emergencies on behalf of the Entity when necessary
- Support the development and performance of your team by contributing to an environment that fosters teamwork and excellence while implementing and maintaining the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program
Sounds like you This is what we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management property management or a related field preferably with government or corporate sector clients
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of health safety security and environment (HSSE) requirements relevant Australian Standards and vendor management principles for coordinating specialised services
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex operational matters simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines with strong organisational and project management skills
- Must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA clearance or other Entity-specific security clearances (preferred)
