Youve spent years underground. You also know what a good site feels like and you know that the best job is underground on small crews everyone pitching in working hard together but having fun doing it!

Were Access Mining and were building our crew on an underground gold project in Western Australia.

If youre a skilled operator who takes pride in your work and wants to be somewhere that gives a damn about the people running the machines wed like to hear from you.

The Roles:

Were building a small tight-knit crew. If you know the work we want you on the team:

• Shift Supervisors
• Jumbo Operators
• Loader Operators
• Shotfirers
• Service Crew / All Rounders

What You Bring:

• Solid underground hours you know how to read a site and work safe
• A zero-harm mindset thats second nature not just a tick-box
• The ability to show up pull your weight and back your crew in a high performing team environment

• 14/14 Roster two weeks on two weeks of quality R&R
• Fortnightly Pay
• Short charter flight from Perth to site and return
• Onsite accommodation at the recently established mine village inclusive of a fully equipped gym

• Orientation Program Access Mining employees will help you settle into the project and the village during the first three months
