Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred for this role. You will use your Mandarin and English every day to build trusted relationships with our diverse community of families ensuring clear communication and genuine engagement at every step of a childs learning journey.

What Youll Do

• Lead mentor and inspire a team of educators and teachers to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
• Oversee all aspects of centre operations staffing budgeting compliance and family communications.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow enrolments strengthen occupancy and enhance family engagement and satisfaction.
• Use your Mandarin and English to build strong partnerships with families and the local community.
• Foster a positive inclusive and high-performing team culture.
• Prepare and manage budgets ensuring financial sustainability and effective resource allocation.
• Monitor evaluate and report on centre performance driving continuous improvement.
• Champion the highest standards of safety quality and child wellbeing.

To Be Successful Youll Bring:

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English essential.
• A Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA recognised equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Centre Manager.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Current First Aid CPR and WWCC.
• National Police Check.
• National Child Safety Training Foundations Module
• Solid understanding of the operational and business aspects of running a childcare service including budget management and financial planning.
• Sound knowledge and experience in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards.
