Bakers Delight Tamworth is seeking a motivated and experienced Qualified Baker to join our friendly and hardworking bakery team.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of breads rolls buns and specialty bakery products
Mix divide mould shape prove and bake dough in accordance with Bakers Delight recipes and production standards
Monitor dough fermentation proofing times oven temperatures and product quality
Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers dough dividers moulders provers and ovens
Maintain consistent product quality presentation and freshness
Follow food safety hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements
Complete daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas
Assist with stock rotation ingredient preparation ordering and waste control
Work effectively with other bakery team members to meet daily production requirements
Assist with training and supporting junior bakery staff when required
Requirements
Relevant baking qualification or equivalent industry experience
Previous experience working as a Baker in a commercial or retail bakery
Strong knowledge of dough preparation fermentation proofing and baking techniques
Ability to work early mornings weekends and public holidays as required
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy production environment
Reliable punctual and physically capable of performing bakery duties
