Your Week Not a Job Description

Tuesday morning: youre running a supervised exercise session for a DVA veteran managing cardiovascular disease. Mid-morning youre conducting an initial assessment for an NDIS participant working toward functional independence. After lunch a home visit for an aged care client under a Home Care Package. Late afternoon a Medicare EPC consultation with a post-surgical client. Between appointments youre collaborating with your physio and OT colleagues about shared patients because thats how this clinic actually works.

Your caseload spans DVA Medicare NDIS Home Care Packages workers compensation and private clients. Thats not a bullet point thats the reason your clinical reasoning stays sharp and your weeks never feel repetitive.

• ESSA accreditation (AEP) or eligibility
• Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
• Current insurance or willingness to obtain
• Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
• Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (current or willing to obtain)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills

Bonus but not essential: DVA experience multi-stream funding exposure interest in chronic disease or aged care group exercise experience.
