Executive Support Officer Clerk Grade: 5/6 Annual Salary Range: $102936 - $113579 plus superannuation Employment Type: Temporary (up to 3 months) Full-time Location: Darlinghurst Sydney / Hybrid Be at the centre of supporting executive leadership and people initiatives The Independent Review Office (IRO) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to provide high-quality executive administrative and coordination support to senior leaders while contributing to key People and Culture initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys managing competing priorities and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. About the role As the Executive Support Officer you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and business activities across the organisation. You will provide confidential executive support coordinate recruitment activities and contribute to workforce and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with senior executives and key stakeholders you will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating meetings preparing business documentation maintaining records and systems and supporting the successful delivery of People and Culture programs.
