Role Highlights

• Strategic Partnership with the CEO: Collaborate directly with our CEO to define and execute the organizations vision with a focus on advancing the T&D landscape and meeting the energy sectors critical demands.
• Senior Leadership Contribution in T&D: Be a key leader on the senior team playing a pivotal role in defining strategies for the implementation and delivery of high-voltage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering design and delivery of major high-voltage projects ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives in the T&D sector.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and implement long-term strategies that position the organization for scalable growth.
• Drive collaboration across engineering project management and operational teams to improve systems processes and outcomes.
• Oversee compliance risk management and industry standards for T&D systems ensuring adherence to regulatory technical and safety protocols.
• Represent the organization in discussions with regulatory bodies clients and key stakeholders fostering trusted partnerships to align priorities and outcomes.
• Inspire mentor and empower teams to cultivate a performance-driven culture and enhance technical expertise within the business.

Qualifications

• T&D Sector Expertise: Proven track record in delivering and managing large-scale high-voltage infrastructure projectspreferably 132kV 275kV or higher-voltage systems.
• Executive-Level Leadership: Substantial senior leadership experience driving strategic decision-making and operational success in engineering or T&D-related industries.
• Deep Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical power systems particularly transmission and distribution networks with the ability to optimize and lead technical designs.
• Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in creating transformative strategies enabling business innovations and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Stellar Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships across all levels of the organization and industry.
