Planning and Execution Manager
Job Summary
As our Planning and Execution Manager youll lead the Roadside portfolio of initiatives ensuring programs are prioritised coordinated and successfully delivered into frontline operations. Combining people leadership with hands-on program delivery youll work across the business to drive operational readiness manage change impacts and bring complex initiatives to life. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic outcomes lead a high-performing team and help shape the future of Roadside services.
What Youll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing team while providing direction coaching and support across delivery priorities
Manage the Roadside portfolio including prioritisation sequencing dependencies and delivery visibility
Lead large business-critical programs from solution design through to implementation
Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver practical customer-focused outcomes
Drive operational readiness testing and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption into frontline operations
Manage risks governance and stakeholder communications to keep initiatives on track and delivering value
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in program portfolio or delivery management within a complex operational environment
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing teams and delivering results
Expertise managing multiple initiatives competing priorities and cross-functional dependencies
Strong governance stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
Experience leading operational readiness implementation or business change initiatives
A collaborative solutions-focused mindset with the ability to bring people together to deliver successful outcomes
Desirable Skills and Attributes
Experience working in contact centre service operations or similar frontline environments
Knowledge of change management operational readiness or implementation planning methodologies
Experience preparing governance materials and presenting updates to senior leaders or steering forums
Exposure to service design business analysis testing or delivery roles that support implementation into operations
