We are offering an exciting opportunity to work closely with a senior executive in a pivotal support role providing high-level confidential administrative and project assistance. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions through diary and correspondence management preparation of briefings and Ministerial documentation and coordination of executive meetings and records.

This role provides exposure to a fast-paced and influential environment where you will collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders across SA Health and government sectors. It is an excellent opportunity to build your experience in executive support contribute to strategic initiatives and develop your skills within a professional and supportive team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking

  • Highly organised professional with proven experience providing high-level executive and administrative support in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare accurate high-quality correspondence briefings and Ministerial documentation

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and liaise confidently with senior stakeholders and external organisations

  • Proactive and discreet with strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality quality and efficient coordination of priorities and workflows

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

You will.

  • Deliver high-quality confidential executive support through effective diary management correspondence preparation and coordination of meetings travel and briefings

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication by liaising with internal and external stakeholders and managing Ministerial executive and corporate documentation

  • Support projects and operational priorities by undertaking research tracking progress and coordinating information and reporting requirements

  • Maintain efficient administrative systems and processes ensuring strong document control workflow coordination and a customer-focused approach to service delivery
