ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently in search of a highly organized proactive articulate and driven individual to join Cotton On Body team as the Executive Assistant to the Brand Director. This pivotal role will involve providing essential support to a Senior Executive contributing significantly to the achievement of their objectives and ensuring overall business efficiency.

As the Executive Assistant you will be a key liaison connecting various facets of our organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering operational efficiency within our dynamic team of global change-makers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional administrative organizational and time management skills tailored for the demands of Senior Executives.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks.
• Proven ability to manage Executive calendars including personal commitments and adeptly handle complex and strategic mailbox management.
• Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence.
• Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries aligned with the unique needs of C-suite Executives.
• Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes controls and expense management in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level.
