Job Summary

We have arareopportunityforanexperiencedExecutive AssistanttojoinCSLs Corporate and External Affairs (CEA) groupsupporting two senior leaderstheHead of CorporateAffairsandtheHead of Corporate & External Affairs for Research & Development Business Development and Enabling Functions and providingassistance totheir teams.

You will becentral tothe success ofahigh-profileglobally connectedcorporatefunctionmanaging priorities strengthening teamcoordinationandsupportingleaders.

Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across Australiathe United States andEurope the Executive Assistant will help manage priorities coordinateactivitiesand optimisethefunctionseffectiveness across a diverse portfolio.

The role will also provide operational and administrative support to Melbourne-based members of the CEA team helping drive collaborationengagementand business impact.

Key deliverables

  • Executive effectiveness: Manage complex calendars priorities globaltraveland correspondence

  • Team coordination: Track actions improve workflows share information across regions and support team engagement and recognition

  • Meetings and events: Coordinate local and global meetings conferences and visitors including agendas materials minuteslogisticsand budgets

  • High-quality outputs: Prepare and edit presentations reports correspondence spreadsheetsresearchand expense submissions

  • Financial administration: Managebudgetspurchase requisitions purchase orders invoices contractorpaymentsand cost-centre tracking through to completion

  • Trusted partnership: Handle sensitive information with discretionanticipateneedsand provide responsive support across the CEA team.

What you bring

  • At least five years experience supporting senior executives in a complex fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organisation judgement attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities independently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels and across cultures

  • Advanced capability in Microsoft OutlookWordand PowerPoint with experience using Copilot; familiarity with Canva is valued

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex international travelmeetingsand events

  • Experience with Workday Ariba Concur and SharePoint is preferred; a qualification in business administration or a related field isadvantageous
