PositionPurpose

TheExecutive Assistant provides high-level operational and administrative supportto their allocated Executive or Executive Director.

The rolesupports effective Executive Office operations through calendar managementmeeting coordination briefing preparation stakeholder liaison correspondencemanagement travel coordination and Executive office administration.

CoreFunction

TheExecutive Assistant is responsible for:

Direct Executivesupport.

Calendar and diarymanagement.

Meeting coordination.

Briefing preparationsupport.

Travel andlogistics coordination.

Correspondence management.

Stakeholder communications.

Executive officeadministration.

Operational supportfor Executive workflow activities.

The role providesday-to-day operational support to the allocated Executive or Executive Director.

Key Selection Criteria

Demonstrated experience in ExecutiveAssistant senior administration or Executive support environments.

highly developed organisational andtime management skills.

Strong written and verbal communicationcapability.

Demonstrated ability to manage competingpriorities and deadlines.

Strong stakeholder liaison andrelationship management capability.

Ability to operate withprofessionalism discretion and confidentiality.

Strong administrative systems andworkflow management capability.

Advanced proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite and Executive Administration systems.

Qualifications and RegistrationsRequirement (Essential or Desirable).

Valid Victorian drivers licence ESSENTIAL

Experience within Aboriginal CommunityControlled Organisations government health or community services sectors DESIRABLE

A satisfactory Working with ChildrenCheck and Fit2Work Police Check ESSENTIAL

Understanding of culturally safe andcommunity-controlled organisational practiceDESIRABLE

A person of Aboriginal and or Torres Strait Islanderbackground DESIRABLE

Proof of COVID-19 vaccinated to align with GEGACrequirements ESSENTIAL
