About the Role

As an Executive Assistant with NSW Resources you will step into an acting opportunity supporting the Executive Director and Branch leadership team to operate at their best. Over this twelve-week period you will coordinate the flow of information manage priorities and ensure the Executive Directors time and resources are used effectively enabling leadership to maintain momentum on key priorities.

In this trusted role you will provide high level administrative and organisational support prepare professional correspondence and briefings and coordinate meetings and critical activities. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure time sensitive matters are handled with accuracy and professionalism contributing to continuity and effective delivery during the acting period.

About You

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable professional who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment and provide confident support to senior leaders. You will bring sound judgement discretion and the ability to pick up priorities quickly ensuring a seamless transition and consistent support across the twelve-week acting period.

As our ideal candidate you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience providing executive or administrative support in a complex environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and respond to urgent requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and professional documentation
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build effective working relationships quickly
  • High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
