Animalius Vet is expanding our nursing team and looking for an experienced Veterinary Nurse to join our dedicated evening hospital team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a calmer evening workflow hands-on patient care and being part of a close-knit team managing interesting referral cases all while keeping your weekends and public holidays free and not having to deal with walk-in emergencies!

If youre Cert IV or Diploma-qualified have at least 2 years of nursing experience and are registered with the Veterinary Practice Board WA we would love to hear from you.

The Role

This position focuses heavily on inpatient care ward management patient monitoring and supporting our referral services during the evening period.

Roster:

• Monday to Thursday
• 3:30pm 12:00am
• No weekends
• No public holidays

Youll play an important role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional overnight preparation monitoring comfort and continuity of care.

Cases Youll Support

Youll work alongside our veterinary and specialist teams caring for:

• Medicine inpatients requiring ongoing monitoring
• Post-operative surgical patients
• Advanced dentistry and oromaxillofacial surgery recoveries
• Imaging and radiology cases
• High-dependency and complex referral patients

This role suits nurses who enjoy patient advocacy attention to detail and being the calm in the chaos.
