Western Sydney Onsite Customer Support Role Travel Required
Are you an experienced Field tech/ End User Computing (EUC) Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical support troubleshooting complex issues and working closely with customers Were seeking an adaptable and customer-focused professional to join our team supporting a major customer environment across multiple Western Sydney locations.
This is a4-month contract engagement requiring onsite support across 12 customer sites in Western Sydney with travel between locations as required. A current drivers licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
What Youll Do
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support
- Manage and resolve incidents requests and changes
- Troubleshoot desktop Wi-Fi and network issues
- Support Palo Alto Ruckus and Aruba technologies
- Perform switch replacements deployments and support
- Deliver general infrastructure and end-user support
About You
- Experience in Field tech/ EUC/ Desktop Support environments
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Palo Alto Ruckus and Aruba technologies and infrastructure support
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle required
- Able to travel between Western Sydney customer sites as needed
