Youll build practical first-principles estimates and tender strategies for complex civil and structural works learn from commercially sharp leaders with hands-on project experience and own meaningful parts of the tender process from procurement through to methodology programming and delivery handover.

What Youll Do

Youll sit at the front end of the project lifecycle turning complex scopes into accurate estimates practical delivery strategies and clear tender submissions that give delivery teams the best possible start.

• Develop accurate civil estimates for a wide range of Civil and Structural projects from first principles
• Procurement management
• Create construction methodologies programs and non-pricing tender submission documents
• Champion pre-contract phase of project cycle
• Monitor project costs and support project teams throughout delivery

About You

• Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Construction Engineering Quantity Surveying and/or Project/Construction Management
• Multi-disciplinary experience in the construction industry (Urban Mining DTMR Slope Stabilisation etc)
• 6 years experience in the Civil Construction industry and field experience (desirable)
• Previous experience working as a civil estimator in a mid-tier contractor throughout NSW QLD and NT (favourable)
• Proficiency in Project planning and MS Project program
