Site Managers will take overall accountability for village operations financial performance and client relationshipsAssistant Site Managers will support end-to-end site delivery with a strong focus on operational execution team leadership and compliance

Site Manager
- Provide overall leadership and direction across all site operations including catering accommodation cleaning and facilities
- Deliver commercial outcomes including budget management cost control and financial reporting
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships and act as the key point of contact on site
- Lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams driving engagement capability and retention
- Ensure full compliance with contractual safety (HSEQ) and regulatory requirements
- Oversee workforce planning rostering and operational efficiencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with service excellence
Assistant Site Manager
- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operational leadership and site performance
- Coordinate teams across departments to ensure consistent service delivery standards
- Assist with budget tracking reporting and cost optimisation
- Maintain compliance with health safety and food safety (HACCP) standards
- Act as a key escalation point for operational matters and support stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to workforce planning onboarding and team development
