Role Description:

• Support delivery against the CASG ERP Implementation Roadmap
• Provide updates to Executive Officer on ERP transition.
• Maintain and update the ERP Communication Plan
• Ensure the Learner Journeys distributed to Individuals accurately reflect their assigned roles and manage any amendments during Role Mapping Cycles.
• Coordinate Transition Action Plan Returns.
• Represent the Project Office at CASG ERP functional meetings and provide feedback to Executive Officer.
• Coordinate returns to CASG ERP Requests for Information or transition and training issues.
• Support staff through ERP training and mentoring in preparation for implementation of each tranche.
• Provide reports on individual Project Office staff preparedness.
• Proactively prepare the organisation for the next phase of ERP roll-out.
• Coordinate the inclusion and role mapping of BDA Embedded Services Personnel into ERP.
• Ensure established relationships with Defence ERP CASG Implementation team and other ERP stakeholders are supported.

Desirable Requirements:
Previous experience in Project Management.

Salary Range: Depending on Experience

Required Security Clearance Level: NV1

Location: Brisbane

Weekly Hours: 40hrs
