This role will see you deliver advisory services to existing clients. These services include system enhancements stakeholder engagement and growing trusted client addition to this you will focus on continuing to improve our practices and processes enhancing existing client systems supporting stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Work across teams to support client implementation & provide interactive dashboards and reports based on client requirements.
- Build forms and workflow rules in .
- Help design and implement improvements to clients configurations of .
- Deliver training and facilitate client workshops.
- Provide supporting documentation for the implemented solutions.
Our ideal ERM Advisor candidate has:
- Demonstrated experience in Risk Management WHS Business Continuity Audit or Technology Based Solutions.
- An interest in technology-based solutions / SaaS.
- Existing Project Management & analytical skills.
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Problem solving skills - the ability to think outside the box with a desire to learn and improve.
- Outstanding communication and external stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements or willingness to learn.
- Flexible collaborative approach to working with broad cross-functional teams.
