EOI - Senior Advisor eDM - EOI The Department of Customer Serviceis looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Advisor ElectronicDirect Mail (eDM) to join our Brand Digital and Communications team. In this role youll develop anddeliver customer communications that make a real difference to how peopleengage with NSW Government services. Youll work closely with contentspecialists and stakeholders to deliver targeted eDM campaigns that are timelyrelevant and effective. Working in a fast-pacedcollaborative environment youll partner with stakeholders across theorganisation to deliver high-quality digital communications that supportgovernment priorities while meeting customer needs. Reporting to the Manager eDM youll work alongsidecommunications marketing digital and customer experience professionals whoare committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.
Yourresponsibilities will include:
Yourean experienced eDM or customer communications professional who understands whatmakes a campaign successful from audience targeting and campaign planningthrough to performance measurement and optimisation.
Youllbe comfortable managing competing priorities and guiding campaigns from briefthrough to delivery and performance reporting.
