Enterprise Account Executive

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach inbound enquiries referrals and targeted account engagement
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract completion
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective customer objectives challenges and requirements
• Deliver product or service presentations tailored to customer proposals and support commercial discussions and negotiations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate customer pipeline and forecasting information within the CRM system
• Work towards agreed sales targets and performance market activity customer trends and competitor developments
• Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales marketing product and customer-facing teams to ensure a positive customer experience

• Experience in business development sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role
• Ability to manage opportunities through a structured sales process
• Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at varying levels within an organisation
• Organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
