About the Role

As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse youll become part of a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high quality person-centred care within our residential aged care facilities.

Youll deliver safe compassionate clinical care while building genuine relationships with residents families and colleagues. Our smaller rural setting means youll be valued as an individual supported by experienced leaders and have the opportunity to make a real difference every shift.

Tallangatta Health Service is a 61-bed rural public health service providing acute sub-acute residential aged care and community health services to Tallangatta and surrounding communities. About You

Youll bring:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 2-3 years nursing experience in Australia
• A passion for delivering person-centred care
• Experience in aged care sub-acute or community nursing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management and clinical judgement
• A commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
• Confidence using clinical documentation and computer systems
