This is a great opportunity to grow and take ownership ofengineering governance technical and commercial direction and deliveryassurance across a portfolio of complex civil infrastructure projects.

About You

• A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and RPEQ or CPEng.
• 15 years in civil construction estimating roles across large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Significant experience in Design & Construct environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in temporary works constructability staging and project engineering leadership.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical and productivity challenges in live project environments.
• Strong understanding of Australian Standards client specifications and road authority requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership of experienced multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability.
• The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability.
