Complaints Building Commission NSW
Grade: Clerk grade 5/6 x 6 positions
Location: Hybrid working model with officeattendance required 2 days per week (Sydney Parramatta Gosford Albury Wagga Dubbo Queanbeyan Lismore and Maitland)
Term: Temporary Full-time- up until 31 March 2027

About theComplaints team
Our Complaints team manages enquiries complaints and dispute resolution mattersfrom consumers and businesses across NSW. We help people understand theirrights and responsibilitiesresolve issues wherepossible and navigate legislation administered by BuildingCommission NSW.
As an Engagement and Complaints Officer youll manage a varied caseloadassess information engage with customersand stakeholders anduse your judgement to achievefair timely and practical outcomes. Youll also contribute to serviceimprovements and share knowledge across the team.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Salary Grade 0506 with the base salary for this role starting at 102936 base plus superannuation
